Bought all these in last 6 weeks!..Then,there is the Old A's and 602 I bought!
Can barely find vintage find drums anymore..might as well do cymbals!
I have 3 x 50 cm (tad under 20" because they are metric) rides. All have the pyramid stamps.

Two also have the round "Made in Italy" pressed in underneath, the third just has the pyramid stamp itself. These oldies are all light. 1675g, 1725g and 1836g. The only rides UFiP make in that range today are the Experience Collector series rides.
I also have a pair of Class Brilliant 14" hats which are made from two 14" crashes and similarly light compared to UFiP hats. These date from when Billiant wasn't yet a separate series so they have the Experience logo. Weights are 750g and 805g. Your heavy hats will be rather different in weights from my pair!
This started when I went looking for a splash cymbal. It was a foregone conclusion that it would be a Zildjian. The 11" UFIP splash sounded way better to my brain damaged ears than anything else in the cymbal room. Then I found the 14" crash. To me it is the definitive crash cymbal sound.

There is a guy on Craigslist in Seattle that says he has a CB700 China made by UFIP. Apparently they have made a lot of stuff that has been relabeled by other brands.

Just bought a 16" UFIP Tampang today...to go with my 24" Tampang!
Might be going all UFIPS!

That 24 Tampang is badass!>>I played all my Chinas yesterday..and that might be the best..the 17" K sounded good too though....
