Hayman Floor Tom Help!!!
No, but I have a Hayman 14" x 10" deep mounted tom that also has ten lugs. I think they maybe didn't want to make any 8 lug 14" hoops thus used the top hoops from their snares on the 14" diameter drums. It is funny to see 8 lug 16's and 10 lugs 14 drums.

Hello thank you for your time, that was my thought that they have made the drum as they had 10 hole snare top hoops and maybe no 8 holes in stock when this drum was made. Both hoops are the correct small round hole type. All the other Hayman floor toms I have owned have had 8 lugs and I have had a few sets over the years. Kind Regards John

Could be financial reasons for using a snare hoop. Did they make or outsource the hoops ?
In the 70`s, SONOR put 9 on their 14,16,18 FT`s, still do, Guess where you could only get a FT hoops ?.
