If the hoop has rod holes shaped like the ones on the left of this pic, the drum is pre-international. If they are shaped like those on the right, it's international size.

Just picked up a kit that has 1 pre-int as well Rims. Here is a LINK to a nice readily available source for Remo pre-int heads. They are out of coated ambassadors right now though...
