Hi, and Welcome to the forum!
I'm sure you'll enjoy being a forum member as there are lots of friendly experienced and professional drummers who are willing and able to help you in any way they can, including myself ;).. Now to answer your questions..I think that is a more than fair price for those drums, even more so if the cymbals are included, and i'll tell you why.. The cymbals on that kit, if all match, are a set of vintage Dixie series cymbals that were beginner cymbals made by Paiste, and are pretty collectible, though not as much as higher end models..I've heard some of the Dixie line cymbals and they can sound pretty fantastic, while others can sound like trash can lids..They're very thin cymbals made of Nickle /Silver but were pretty dark, warm, and complex, which makes them perfect for Jazz or 60's vintage or classic rock, RnB, Rockabilly, Blues, Country, etc..
More importantly , they were made in Switzerland, and not Germany, which helps their value..
All in all, i'd say go for it, because the cymbal set itself would be worth that..As for the drums, well they're Pre-Tama, made in Japan, and that right there is enough to say that they are highly collectible..
Hope this helps you in your decision, and Good luck with your choice ;))
