Yeah, 1920-1930. In my humble opinion, you now own one of the very best sounding snare drums ever made. Put ambassadors on it, take it out and play some music with it. You will love it, your bandmates will love it and so will the audience. I own over 20 snares, some of them very high quality, But my 20s NOB goes to 95% of the gigs with me, and has for 30 years.

Last time I did mine I used Cape Cod Polishing Cloths. Google them. Worked pretty well for me.
