That little kit just looks like it sounds good! I -love- vintage drums. If you put it together by choosing the best sounding drums, then even mongrel kits can sound better than a lot of the modern stuff. Great little assemblage.

John

Too many great drums to list here!

This is simply beautiful. Very proffessional quality photo. Love that sunset. Is that your garage? Or a gym?

Thanks guys. I can't take credit for the pic as that was done by a pro (who happens to have a soft spot for drums and drummers). We were in a parking garage.

In terms of the drums...pretty much what you see is what you get! The bass and floor are converted snares. I think the 16 is from the 20's though I'm not sure about the 14...it has imperial lugs...I'll post another shot later.

And the cymbals...oh my. 22" Tranny @ 2225g and 20" small stamp at 1970g. They are gorgeous and irreplaceable...I would have a serious fit if something happened to them! To top it off, an orphan set of hats -- 60's A matched with a Spizz :)

They scream "FUNK" or whatever other style you`d like to play they would be equally at ease.Nice pic of drums in both sizes and photo!
