Tama swingstar
Hi Tony,
Your drums are a one-year wonder, known as "Imagestar", which was an offshoot of the Swingstar line. The Imagestar was marketed to the Rock/Heavy Metal crowd and came in three different graphics; Flash Point, which is your finish, Breakdown and Barricade. You can see them in the 1984 Tama Imagestar catalog here... http://www.tamadrum.co.jp/anniversary/page.php?cat_id=60&year=1984
These kits are rare. Hope this helps you out.

Looks like an Eddie Van Halen inspired drumset! Panama!!!!!
"People might look at you a bit funny, but it's okay. Artists are allowed to be a bit different."- Bob Ross
"After silence, that which comes closest to expressing the inexpressible is music..." - Aldous Huxley
Those may be the kit that sold for 180 bucks a while ago. Interesting finish for the memories, but still a nice entry level kit at a good price. Snare drum alone should get 50- 70 dollars alone. Tough working with huge toms like that, most guys were cutting them down as I recall.
