Nice ! Congrats on the the purchase of the pad . if you need any help with remodeling , painting , etc my buddy Vince who came and bout those records at the drum sale does that for a living and is VERY reasonable . he is just finishing up with a whole ton of stuff at our pad . I would recommend him highly .

and yeah man lets talk about that 66 van . I will text you this week
