I see in your other post that it weighs in at 2234 g. If not damaged, you've got a valuable cymbal there.

I got it a while ago. Maybe two years. The original owner was a big band drummer and played for 50 years or so. It was all over cymbalholic before the website changed.

It is 2234 grams with some minor edge rash. No other issues. Got a really good deal on it. It was a lot of money for me, but almost a third of what I've seen similar cymbals sell for.

Plenty of edge wobble, dark wash, short crash, defined stick. It's one of those cymbals you come across maybe once every ten years. I say ten years because I have been intensely looking for ten years and only found one.

That's a beautiful example of a trans-stamp. Congratulations!

mlayton - That 24 is killer. Been hoping to find one in my price range, but no luck yet. That 22 block stamp sounds like a winner. Have you posted pics of it?

I have a crappy sound file of the my 22. Not sure where it is.

yes. it was an ebay find. its heavy in the upper 3900 range. the last few inches of the cymbal are very thin. it has heavy hammering in that section as well. its wavy to the touch up top in that area. it crashes like a dream. I assume that area that I mentioned is responsible for that. I has a pretty strong wobble to it as well. I installed two rivets this week. I really like that sound. I had a 60's 24 at 2800 grams recently. this one does all that one did and more. I was very surprised. its in great shape too.
