1966 Star 3 piece Kit !!

I picked up a 1966 Star 3 piece mini set !! The tom is 9 x 6",floor 10 x 11" and the bass drum is 16 x 11 " ! I have never seen one like this before ! Here are some pictures of it !!

This is a more rare 'Midget Drumset', made by Star in the 60's.

Ironic that the BD spur mount design is far superior to that found on most of the larger kits. I mean given the thinness of some of the shells, since the "straight out" design was also used by Gretsch and Ludwig [I think]
