This is a 1963 Slingerland Anodized Aluminum shell 6"x14" very rare looking shell. In 1963 model no.140 sold for 65.00.This drum is completely in original condition. It has brass/black badge, rapid strainer, eight lug, tone control and both hoops are stick saver and chrome over brass. Also included is a vintage Slingerland Snare stand (the stand in the pictures is not the vintage Slingerland stand) and case.I don't know the age of the case.As fare as bad points the snare drum and stand are mint,no rust micro pitting if any .The case shows ware the covering is torn in a few places and a small hole on the back of the lid.I have more pictures if interested just ask.Thank you for checking this one out.I ship Fed ex ground

8 lugs.... NOPE, SPELLING LOL, PUNCTUATION aaaa NO....

I bought one of these a few years back on the Bay with a case and stand and paid around $175 shipped. Cool drum, but nowhere near a $490/shipped drum!
