This is a 1988 Sonor Horst Link Sig. Series bronze 14x8 with 24 lugs.She weighs in at a hefty 33 1/3 lbs and is a monster for sure!Also featured is a Horst Link Sig. series snare stand.

Wayne that's a beauty thanks for posting!! And 33 1/3 pounds!!! Wow!! Bet it's a workout in itself hauling it out to gigs. :D

BTW what type of snare wires and strainer on that? Looks pretty cool. Almost like a dyna and super sensitive mixture.

Hi Glenn,it has it`s original (2) sets of sonor snare wires- a 20 strand and a 22 strand set.It has a parallel strainer similar to the dyna/super but no snare cord as the specially designed wires attach by a locking system to the bridge/protection unit.Very easy to change as they just snap on and off.
