Could be an illusion, but do you think that this cymbal's been inverted?

Looks inverted to me, but it COULD be an optical illusion. You would think that something as weird as an inversion would mentioned in the description.

Inquiring minds want to know.

Looks inverted to me,...

Glad to hear someone confirm my suspicions.

You know, some sellers think that when somebody steps on a cymbal and pops it out of shape, that it must be a china type; and that it's supposed to look like that way. I saw an Istanbul K. for sale being marketed that way on eBay.

Maybe this guy is one of those.

Too bad there's only one picture; a profile shot would at least show where the bell is. Looks pretty cool; would like to hear it........marko

Have you contacted the seller to confirm or deny? Nice cymbal if it isn't popped.

No because I'm really not interested in this cymbal. Only so far as its bizzare appeance is concerned.

Normal sand crashes don't look like that or are not inverted. I play nearly all Meinl Byzance. BTW for those who don't know this is a cymbal series from Meinl not actually vintage in how we think of things on here.

True, not vintage.

I know that I've commited a most egregious breach of protocol by mentioning it in the vintage cymbal dept., but I thought I just might be able to get away with it.

Busted.
