40's Ludwig Universal??? Value ideas

I think it is a 40's Universal.. that's best I could match up from the Ludwig book.

Saw it in on the Columbus Pro Percussion shop bench today and took a couple quick snaps with the cell phone.

This thing weighs a ton! I think this one is headed to ebay after reconditioning.

I'm kind of intrigued by it as a project... any thoughts on what a respectable offer would be a drum like this in this condition??

Not a Guru... just interested..

That looks more than a Universal...looks like a 1920s 4x14 10 lug 2-pc. shell Standard Model...check the inside for a seam....if it's as mentioned it's a 400.00-800.00 drum depending on condition etc...hope that helps.
