Hey, I'm needing a 6x10 (depth x diameter) tom shell for a special project. It needs to be multi-ply with no re-rings, and it don't matter what the brand name is.
With or without hardware.
If you've got one let me know... and we'll figure out what we'll trade for. I've got a LOT of stuff...

Many kid sets have drums of this size. They can be had for real cheap on CL. ...and the thing is - the shell construction on these are alot better than I thought they would be. Check one out.

I have a 6x10 black vistalite shell. Has lots of holes in it and has that cheap contact paper wrap on it. You can have it if you think it will be of use to you.

Thanks for the heads up... the same seller has a matching 13x11 floor tom. I'll confess... I'm thinking of building a kid-sized set, but instead of it looking like a kid-sized set, mine's going to look like a miniature Ludwig Classic set. I've got some of the mini-classic lugs set back, and already had a 12x16 shell for the BD and a 13x11 for the floor tom. May even order some 60s BOP so it will look like a Ringo set...
