hi everyone,

recently picked up this neat little DW Collector's series bop kit from a Jazzer out in Seattle

(please pardon the lack of pictures, still in the middle of moving everything and will get a few more up asap)

sizes:

16"x18" bass drum

8"x12" tom

14"x14" tom

i also have a matching 8"x8" and 8"x10" tom if anyone is interested in those as well. the 8 is missing it's badge and has a chrome tom mount holder but matches the kit perfectly otherwise.

drums are in good shape but have been gigged throughout the US from Seattle to New Orleans and up through Canada, so they do feature some wear and tear to the finish and chrome, but everything functions great and best of all, the drums sound excellent! was never a big fan of (newer) DW sound but these older generation shells sound great and resonate beautifully!

the batter side bass drum hoop seems to have a small chunk of wood taken out of it, but i've crafted a makeshift bass drum pedal plate out of sheet metal for it and it functions excellent. even without the pedal plate there are no issues attaching a pedal, or the chunk is small enough to be hidden behind a bass drum claw if you prefer.

all in all, a great little DW Bop kit that sounds and performs excellently!
