Thoughts on Hayman Vibrasonic

Loading...

I recently finished work on a Hayman Vibrasonic gold ingot kit. I put down some thoughts about Hayman in my non-commercial gear blog. A lot has been said on this forum about Hayman, but in my post I tried to collect the issues and idiosyncrasies in one article. Looking forward to any reactions.

Hi,

Nice looking kit! Well done on both the kit and the blog.

While you are hunting for the spurs, you could use a couple of Pearl type iso air suspension feet. They fit the diameter of the Danmar spurs and will give you some added height. Not pretty, but effective.

Nice blog! Due to the relative rarity of Hayman, I think because they are unknown to most, they are underappreciated.

Great job on these fantastic drums. I've a got a Hayman chrome snare that sounds as good as my Supraphonic. Congratulations.

Thanks for the kind words and the tip! I'll certainly get some of those Pearl feet. Should do the trick!
