Hey! Best of luck on this kit. IMHO the tom mount change made this better as far as a player kit goes... Those hex mounts bounced around like silicon Sally when she danced down in front of the stage. Excited

I'm one of those who like the hex mounts. I have used them live on many occasions and never had a problem. And they get a decent bashing too. The adjustability is better than the more modern ones I reckon

Thanks for all the info guys, greatly appreciated. There is an hour to go and fingers crossed that I get it! I am hoping its just new heads and a overall clean up of the kit. The tom mounts are making me a but nervous and I am hoping it aint riddled with holes. I ain't to keen to go above what I have already bid, lets hope the competition is at the local festival on it that area today!

Well didn't win it....it went for $236.00 and I don't think it was worth that. I reckon $100 too much and glad I didn't go any higher.

Good call. $236 was plenty for that kit.

I need change my tack when bidding on fleabay from now on.....last minute bids and no more games! The seller was the winner and good on them. I have found a early 60's premier and I will chase that I think.
