From The Ploughman

Thank you, sir! They really still have their red. The color striations between the red and the pearl make them appear pinkish far more than they are. It is an extremely difficult color to capture in photographs. To look at them with the naked eye, they are ripple red, definitely not to the degree of the Yamaha red ripple from the 60s, but, noticeably red.

Maybe a pic outside, with no flash, will show their true colors in pics. A white balance adjustment would help, too. Still, beautiful.

I'll play with a few contributions. I also have a few more without pics, which are KOA, Butcher Block and Black Londoners and a Blue Strata 1960's Celebrity.

Its better to have people think you're an idiot, than to open your mouth and prove them wrong, unless you doubt yourself then speak away....

My contribution:

- WMP Dayton / Fullerton transition kit 22/13/16

- 1966 Dyna (still have to clean this one)

- black 9/72 Fullerton kit that I use in the rehearsal studio 22/13/16/16

After looking at Ploughman's hoard I feel a bit inadequate.
