Welcome to the forum----I'm not sure why but your pictures come out in tech code, when I try to view them. I will try a different o.s. ,though and reply.
FYI - came out fine for me (images) I am using Chrome in the states.
They are most likely made in Germany.
They are blue.
There are 2 of them.
Don't know much at all about Sonor. That looks like it could be an 18 BD though (and if so, that may be rare).

Well I could not find it in 6 lugs and mallet logo anywhere in my data or the sonormuseum site,..I asked the teardrop ..go-to.. guy and I`l get back to ya.
I thought early 60`s because of the hardware, but that wrap is about late 60`s,..confuseing to me now !!
Actually looked again and the wrap is not what I thought and is earlier,..but 6 lugs and mallet logo with side mount,..anyway Are they yours ?
The w drums are from prw 1964 and back,The shell's most likey are the 3 ply with ring's.The bass drum looks to be a 18" bass-{6 lug}- if it was a 20" drum it would have 8 lug's.I call the finish Blue shinner...Mikey

Not so. The BD is almost definitely 20". I have never seen an 18" teardrop BD, they may exist but would be extremely rare. There were 2 varieties of 20" teardrop BD back then: a less expensive, very common 6-lugger option, and more expensive 8-luggers.
I myself have an early teardrop kit with a 20" 6-lugger BD.
Today, the 8-luggers are more sought after than the 6-luggers.

The pictures opened properly, with another o.s./browser. ----don't think it is 18" , just the standard 6 lug drum that was part of the early 60's Chikago, Memphis,St.Louis,New Orleans series. The Star series had an 8 lug drum. The wrap is Blau Geschiefert(slated), which also came in white and red. The same wrap was used by Tromsa,Deri/Rimmel), Trowa( later Tacton) and Lefima and it persisted into the 70's. Tromsa called it Schiefer(slate). It eventually also came out in other colours, most notably a pale sky blue version and a pink version---maybe others too.
Max,..for $170,..I wouldn`t think twice, I`d buy it !!
Like Mangus N and Calfskin say,...it`s most likely a 20" BD and 13x8 tom.
Like Mangus stated,..there probably are no 18" BD in teardrop, they would have to use the 18x16.5 oven to make the diameter but the BD are 14" deep. Don`t know if Sonor would make a drum shorter than the oven !! I suppose it`s possible but highly un-likely !!
I didn`t have the catalog for these but I do now,..it`s probably one of the two bottom kits. These drums were all interchangeable and could add or subtract depending on what you are play`n and sold to order as well !!
