Looks like a Type IIa old stamp. Have prices gotten that soft or is this an oddity? And...Its in New Jersey, 35 miles from here. That town was hit almost dead on by the hurricane last month.

It was an anomaly. He misspelled "Istanbul", so it didn't show up with the standard search. He could triple his money on that if he wanted to.
