Here's a pic of some of the holes I'd like to fill in on the 18" bass and the rest of the kit it goes with. Let's see, it's a pre DW Camco/Tama!

Nice kit! You can do those from the outside, the toughest part would be matching the finish, not my expertice. I took some pics today, I'll work on getting them posted by tomorrow.
Looking forward Lucky, to your good advice!

Kelly...am assuming you have some old scrap shells kickin' around ? I always try to plug substantial holes with otehr shell material...when not available, I will use plastic wood but only for smaller holes.
You got those for $340?!?!? WOW! That is awesome! Congratulations indeed, holes or no holes!!

Hey Jaye, What do you use to cut the shell material for the patch? I need to cut some wrap to fill a hole on my pink kit.
Jaye, wish I had some old maple shell material but I don't. I can buy some maple boards at home depot and cut the plugs I suppose?? The holes are are 3/8" sold too big for plastic wood.
What say you?
Kelly
Just curious if Lucky ever did his photo guide for plugging holes? Thanks.
Oops, sorry found it. Nevermind. :)
