Premier FT Leg Brace help

I just bought these and they came with the three parts - frame/spring/and metal thingy where the spring fits agains. There was no mounting hardware. I can see them in the 60 and 63 online Premier Catalogs.

The 58 catalog has some that look similar but are not spring loaded.

Can't see them in enough detail to see what the mounting hardware is (screws/bolts??).

Does anyone here have an early 60's Premier Floor tom with same brackets that could shoot me a nice photo or two showing the mounting hardware so I will know what I'm looking for.

I bought a set of tom leg mount online for a project. They came with round head screws, a internal tooth fender washer, and hex nut. Cannot swear they are original, but 3 sets match and seem to have appreciate aging patina.

The round head metal screw and nut I think I have.....but fender washers with internal teeth.....I've never seen those....they may be tricky to find. I have some Gretsch toothed washers that might work with regular fender washers though.
