These are at my local music store. Need work,I don't think the edges are original, hand painted inside.

What do you see? 22,13,16. Plus this color looks more like Blue Strata than Oyster Blue. 67,68

Too much IMO. $950 USD. I actually offered him $300 but no bite.

I showed him some of the problems with it. I don't know for sure that the edges were recut or not or if they were clear interiors and were painted white. No sign of a stamped date. Crappy paint job inside. Lot of dings and scratches. I thought I would post and see if anybody sees anything other than extra holes,a possible glued on badge, and hand painted interiors. I have a few more pics I can post.

Well I have to agree with you, 950.00 is too much, considering the mods to it. Keep looking. I found an all original blue oyster kit with a supra, two timabales, some stands and some cheep cymbals for 500.00. See pic below. Found on craigs list, if you wait long enough really good deals come along.

I agree with Jeff. Wait! I would have a hard time paying $300 for those even. Something great will come your way. You just have to be prudent with your search. Good luck!

Yeah,it's oyster blue pearl.Like has been said...too many mods. Those re rings look to be replacements, they should be resocoat white. That's a 67 or there abouts drum ,so not a clear interior, but white resocoat.

That guy is smoking rubber bands if he's thinking 950.

Yes I agree about his price. I am not sure about this paint though. I am not familiar with Luddy paint. This looks like it was sloshed on with a brush. Got some on the Muffler. Plus the bottom of the rings have paint on em. Might just have been recut. Maybe 200 in parts so we'll see.
