Constantinople Brand, not Zildjian

Loading...

Hi everybody,

I've a 20" ride and a 15" possibly crash cymbals.

Logo is very small,a crescent and a star and It's only written Constantinople under.

It seems there's some symbols between, starting by '7' maybe.

They sound really good, and I'm looking for history about this brand, age and so on...

Anybody knows something?

This is an Italian made cymbal with a trademark using the star and "Constantinople" as a sort of marketing tool. These cymbals are found almost exclusively in Europe. They could have been manufactured by any one of a number of Italian companies prior to most of them becoming consolidated into UFIP.
