heres a great find i managed to grab the other day..the wrap is in fantastic condition and the chrome just needs a good polish..

any idea of an approximate year please??

Model 502, I think it is. The throwoff looks like it has been changed . Hard to tell from the pic but it looks like one taken off of an Olympic Discus , picollo snare.I remember the Broadway throwoff to be an in out rig. Likely from the 50's because of the clipovers.

LOVE that aquamarine wrap. If it has a glossy surface and has tiny particles, it likely came from Germany---------same used by Trixon in the time.

Thanks Phil..yeah the throwoff is very similar to the discus piccolo i have//..yep late 50's i'm thinking...the wrap is nearly the same as my aqua sparkle...a nice snare to add to the ever growing collection..thanks again for the information mate
