1960's Ludwig Green Pearl Finish?

A friend of mine (yes, it's really a friend) had a wonderful set of late 1960's Ludwig drums. I swear it was a green pearl finish, just like the black pearl finish, only green. We called it green tiger stripe.

I can't find any pictures online or any information about that finish.

Does anyone have any information about that finish?

Sounds like Ludwig Standards in Avocado strata. Check out the finishes section of this web site, you can see it there.

Thanks that must be it. The only photo I can find online is one snare drum. Would love to see a photo of the whole set.
