60's Ludwig Suprise

Loading...

I can see why he covered over that FUGLY finish!

Just kidding,of course...that is SO rare!

I had a early 70's ...Sparkle Green Luddy 26,14,16,16 close to 20 years ago..

Houston Percussion had it for $500!

Jeff Ochletree bought it from me,and it is used in his Bonham tuning video..

Amazing score on your part...and let me guess....$500 or less for all, right?

ENJOY!

Thanks for all the kind feedback fellers!

I owe a small thank you to the member who suggested "Never-dull" as an adhesive remover on wrap. It worked flawlessly!

Don't get me wrong, I still had to scrub the shizzz out of that thing....and now one arm is bigger that the other.

Yes, that was green felt on one of the edges....I have no clue why that was there.

You guessed it right on the money Blairindrums, $500 for 12,13,16,22, tom mount, a 5x14 Supra and cases.

Btw, I've seen that Ochletree video, KILLER kit!!

I will absolutely post pics of the finished product.

Thanks again for all the kind words!

I now must have something in Green Sparkle.

I have always loved it.

Contact paper is a pretty good protection layer for drums you are going to obtain 30 years later.

That is an awesome Sooprise.

Wow!

Guess I am a good guesser!:D

And while I am guessing...let me guess that you can just about put a 1 in front of what you paid for it!
