No I did not - thanks for the link.I'd love to go over to 'Jolly old England' for a holiday and look up some relatives. I've never been over there. I think I'd drive my wife crazy with all my 'looking for Carlton drums.' It sure would be a good time though....I'm retiring - last day of work Dec 19 this year - and I want to get over there - to England etc. looking forward to it.

Hey Gary, You could spend a year there and never find anything, most of the stuff, if available, ends up on Ebay. This year was a good year for me for finding Carlton drums, a console, Raytex tube lug bass, a Raytex snare(USA), a couple of bass drums and toms and a couple of snares. Alot of the finds were discovered by friends like Paul Bryans and Simon Grenfell and never saw the light of Ebay.
Gary, a lot of stufff appears on gumtree too and you can still get some great deals in charity shops too...
congrats Capt on your finds too mate...just goes to show some great drums are out there just waiting to find a new home !!!
