Rogers Holiday

Hello.

Hope that you can help me to date my Rogers Holiday set.

1. Drum Shell Material: Wood

2. Drum Finish: Black Diamond Pearl

3. Drum Badge: Flatten script fullerton , ca 1969/70-75

3. Drum Dimensions: Bass 14"x22". Tom 8" x13". Floor Tom 16"x16"

4. Interior Finish: Grey (see pic.)

5. Hardware Configuration: Bass 10 lugs/side. Tom 6 lugs/side. FoorTom 8 lugs/side

6. Serial numbers: Bass 107888. Tom 100071. FloorTom 100897

It confuses me that the "sticker" with the serial nr. was used 1955-62. But the Drum Badge was used ca 1969/70-75

And, can anyone tell how much this set is worth.

The tag says Dayton, which means late 60's. With those serial numbers and the speckled gray interiors, I would date your set at mid to late 1968. Rogers experts correct me if I'm wrong.

Does you bd arm have 4 screws on the swivo mount? If so, that will tear up the swivoball in the holder. You only need 2, as they are designed to push the ball against the opposite side if the holder. Think of it the area of 4 screw ends holding the arm in place vs the surface of the inside of 1/2 the arm holder istself.

The 4 holes allow you to place the 2 you use in a position to get at them easiest for you.

Nice looking set by the way.
