The price is not so bad, IMO.

The condition is nice while the price depends on the market trend.

You should mention the weight and change the title like a "Vintage Zildjian Istanbul K 18" ride/crash cymbal ????g".

In addition, if you can make a sound file, it is much better for sale.

Good luck!

Thanks Yoshi-

Will do- I have to find time to post a sound file for sure-

What is the best way to (Weigh) the cymbal?

Cheers,

Mike

I would change the title to "Zildjian K Istanbul". You can get a weight at the self service mailing booth at the Post Office. (Weight is meaningless information, but "demanding" buyers want to pretend they're "informed" by asking. Also, don't forget to count the number of lathing lines, & hammer strikes).

There are 53-1/2 lines- 42 Hammer hits - 30 Stick marks - & with police black powder I found over 100 finger prints. Next up- cleaning it so i can make sure that theres less then 50 germ particles. Laughing H

For cleanning it, start with 60 grit metal sandpaper, work your way up to 1100 grit and it will look like it just left the factory !!

The best way to present it would be to plug the hole with wax, and fill it with clam chowder from Long Warf pier in Boston !!

Only the best for the best !!

It`s a drum,.....Hit It !!
