Zildjian 30!

Loading...

From KCDrumDad

I have a 28" Zildjian, 6432 grams. It has 8 holes for rivits/sizzles. 3 dot 60s stamp. I bought it off of my local Craigslist a few years ago. It resonates forever.

Probably still ringing from the last time you hit it.

Dude....that awesome!

But to the extent that an extra heavy cymbal like that 30" now on eBay wouldn't be one that I would want to even consider, I do.

That 30 inch ping would be a perfect for worlds biggest Hi-Hat bottom, next to gSonor's....until someone puts together a couple 32's. Party

Here is a picture of a 28" highhat we put together at the Chicago Show, using my cymbal and one from Ray Smith's booth across the aisle. ProMark jumbo sticks complete the ensemble.

That's not Steve Jordan?

Funny Post

Never play it the same way once.

Knowing the size of sticks and cymbals in that pic makes me think you're about 8ft tall!!!!

Cool pic BTW. So how did they sound?

Not me, but a representative from the Evans/ProMark/PureSound booth. He was tall, but not that tall!

As far as sound, we really did not set it up to play and dismantled it after pictures were taken. I cannot say how it sounded.

Here is a picture of just my cymbal with the same large sticks. Again, not me, but the other Evans/ProMark/Puresound guy who provided the sticks.

Keep in mind that the WMP bass drum is a 28" and the Galaxy Sparkle underneath the cymbal is a 20". Perspective is off a little until you realize how large the bass drum is.
