Hi Adrian hehe I'm not Warren Trout. My name is Paul. I had a studio called Trout Farm, for reasons I won't go into here. Warren plays Yamaha and as far as I know, uses them on The Voice. Great player. I must say that I really liked Gordon Rytmeister on Idol and he uses Yamaha too. I do have a fair bit of vintage Paiste, but only Ludwig snares at the moment; sold my SBP's about a year ago. Now I want a 22/12/13/16 Thermogloss, like everyone else!
Thanks Mate.
that was a terrific demo. thank you for taking the time to do it. the forum needs more of that kind of quality input.

Thank you. They do take some time in the post-production - the playing is the easy part! I am planning on putting up a full Drouyn kit video next.
On a side note - there is a Drouyn snare on eBay.au right now and once more we have the "shell made by Ludwig" in the ad. DOH I sent the seller a link to my site page which goes through both drums in detail. No response yet.
