COS 82-83

Purchased from US Sep 2011, still with original batter head. Excellent condition and best rimshot snare I've come across.

Love it.

Just picked one of these up this weekend. Beautiful sounding and very sesitive snare drum. I have a Dynasonic and grabbed this one for a backup, but it rivals the sound. Check it out:

Kevin..

Yes I did see your posting.. your one looks great.. I still have not pulled mine down despite the USA "disused" cobweb inside it. Reason is, the original batter head is sitting down so nice & low to the rim... I just do not want to put on a new head & lose the angle.. It sounds just great as it is.. it is tuned real high & I have it set up next to my floor tom for some nice metalic rimshots..

Cheers

John

Nice snaredrums, aren't they? As I said above, I picked it up for a backup to my Dynasonic in case I bust a head at a gig. Now that I've been using it, I just keep on using it. It sounds great for the variety of music we're playing. I'm using it in this video. Have a listen.....
