Only real rock'n roll for me too. None of that other stuff.

Oh and love your pearly white outfit too. Nice.

Big Kahuna kits! I love em. I'm a Blues guy so size and volume aren't ever an issue for me. But I've always loved to watch guys like JHB and Mitch Mitchell work them big rigs in an all-out rock setting. Gets the blood up!

John

Too many great drums to list here!

Ya'll are a bunch of sissies.. Here's how I man up..... LoLoLoLo

Last year I filled in with a guy I work with's band. Classic rock, so I decided to go big: 13, 15, 18 over a pair of 26's. 2 Dauz and a Polekat, triggers on the kicks all run into an original Yamaha DTX mounted on an old Voelker rack..

Been playing most of my rock and roll on a relatively small kit. SB Gretsch 20", 12", 13" (sometimes), 16". Of course I use the kit for most gigs (jazz, country, rock, whatever's called for).

The 24" 13,14,18 SSB is semi permanently parked in a rehearsal space for an original rock outfit. In this pic, no 18" and a blond Pearl 10" is thrown into the mix.
