John - your interest in a 6.5 acro was stirred by hearing my 6.5 x 14 Super Sensitive at the gig Saturday??? I certainly fell in love with it... that was my first time using it live.

Glad you made it out, it was really good meeting you. The rest of the show was way better than the first set you saw. Too bad you had to leave.

They did offer a 6.5 or the Black Galaxy B/W badge acros, I am not sure if they still do. I am not sure what price they command either.

But if you mean like a B/O or a keystone badge acrolite, a 6.5 was not offered but I have heard of some claims of one.

Tommy,

You got it my man....that super cracked like nothing else...what a drum.

I had been looking for a 6.5 supra but they are way out of line.

Perhaps I can find a less expensive super sensative. I enjoyed the band,,,good work,, and the Premiers sounded great as well. Next time.....

Rock on.........JohnG

I was thinking along the lines of a keystone or B/O but have never seen one......

They exist. A run was apparently made for a NYC school district in the '60s. A few have turned up, but they command the same bucks as 6.5" supras.

I'd guess, if you want a 6.5" supra, but don't want to spend the price for a vintage one, the modern ones are supposedly pretty similar.
