3 Cans Brit Tuna Packed In Oil

Every time I see those lugs on the 14 x 8 toms I get such a strong sense of nostalgia. I had a fire engine red set of Premier 2000 series and those drums had such an incredible vibe and sound. They really are nothing like US drums (which of course have their own unique vibe) I can still smell them! And the chrome! Can't wait to see your finished kit. Nostalgia indeed.

Happy to fulfill all nostalgic needs. Just a couple of shots of the toms test mounted with the Rogers Swivo hardware. Beasts!

Toms w/ hardware removed, old wrap stripped and extra holes filled, ready for rewrap.

Happy Thanksgiving to all (at least those of us in the States that celebrate this day of gluttony and football). I'm thankful for Paul Kiely at PSS Drums and drumlocodave and jag670 at in the UK who have sold me most of the pieces of this kit and have been cool and helpful. And for Jim Petty for his help with the Rogers hardware and general advice and patience. And the to the great folks at Precision Drum for the wrap and advice. And to the nuts who inhabit this space for the advice and encouragement.

Oh and thanks to ludlova a/k/a G. Elsmore for his inspiration and advice.

Best,

Lee

All hardware removed (for cleaning, de-rusting and polishing) all wrap stripped, all remaining adhesive removed (5F5-works great) and any extra holes filled in the 3 14 x 8 toms, the 2 16 x 16 floors and the second 22 x 14 kick. A little clean up and then it's just re-wrapping and reassembling the hardware. Black wrap was back ordered but hope to get it this week.
