Depends what you're after. I believe badges are late 70s, early eighties if not mistaken. Concert toms not as desirable, and snare not matching. Probably wouldn't be a bad kit, (depending on condition) but not the most desirable for collectors.

Looks like a deep shelled hammered bronze snare drum. That could be the deciding factor as far as the kit being a worthy investment.
