Id for Old Lugs?

I found these old lugs in my junk box, no idea what they came off? (only 4) .

threads are good. Are these the ends of tube lugs ?, and are they something that somebody here would use ?.

Few names come to mind maybe Ludwig or Leedy or Gretsch .They look to be from the mid 1930's to 1940's. They could be off a tom drum or a deep snare drum...Mikey
