Allen, those are nice! From the very late 60s to early 70s. They are a Pearl stencil. The lugs are what we refer to as "battleship" lugs.

Oh, and that snare? It is, in MANY people's opinion, (whether they will publicly admit it or not), one of the best sounding snare drums in the world. That one could be a COB...in that era you never really knew which one you got until you tested it. I had one that was COB, and man it was a BEAST!
