Had a look at these up close and they are called CB drums,..SP series. The color is a red marine pearl and the shells are very white,i assume poplar. The odd thing is is that they have serial numbers and just say CHINA in very small lettering near the bottom of the badge. They are in excellent condition and sound huge when tuned up properly.I dont think these are anything special but i have never heard of "SP series"...Anyone know this line?

Goes to the adage that most drums can sound good if tuned properly.

Do these have the round center style lugs? I personally like the look of those.
