Wrap appropriateness and optimal colour?

From Purdie Shuffle

Hey Bunny, with that white background to work with, why not do 'collage' and clear-coat the whole thing. Depending on what graphics you choose, you could even create a theme! 60's psychedelic, war, outer space scenes, the sky is the limit. It'll be a one-of-a-kind personalized kit for sure.Just throwing out ideas... have fun, bud.John

Playboy covers!!!

Just no naked pics. Does lacquer stick to wrap?

LOL. I wish I did know someone that would do it for a song. This came up in another thread a long time ago and I still have never seen a pic of a drum kit in chameleon paint. I am sure that someone has done it by now, and I don't subscribe to any drummer magazines or anything like that but I would love to see one!

If I were to paint the wrap black, I could spray it in Rustoleum chameleon paint. It's cheap. It requires a black base (like all chameleon paints). I did it to my Octobans. Hmmm...

Yeah- I'm THAT guy!!!

Pink marine pearl, hmmm....

I like that satin flame you picked. Just wish satin flame wrap was more durable...

What about the Pink Champagne or Sand Sparkle? Especially love the Sand, it's a 50/50 mix of Silver & Gold Flakes, looks very classy & just blows up under the lights! Yes Sir

That is cool. I would want a teeny bit more yellow.

But then again- it may be more than I wish to spend. Gold mirror is looking really good from a durability, price, and availability standpoint.
