Yesterday i was offered to buy a drumkit for 70 $.

The seller told me it was a Pearl drumkit he had used as a kid, and he sent me this picture.

Is that a DW kit with Pearl head? I am no expert but the round lugs are a DW design I think. Are you gonna buy it? If not I will!

Thank you!

This is what i got.

A black Hayman kit from 73/74. 13", 14", 16" and 22".

Tama King Beat snare.

Paiste 602, 22" ride (with tiny crack).

Meinl Raker Medium 14" High hat (looks almost new)

16" Headliner crash.

Ludwig High hat and cymbal stands.

Tama bass pedal.

I even got 13" and 14" Hayman drumheds (never played)

I told the seller that this wasn't Pearl but he just wanted to get rid of the stuff :D

As I understand it, Hayman tried to copy Camco.

Nice score indeed. That Paiste 602 has the original black label still on top. I don't care where that crack is on that cymbal, a 22" with ink labels is quite collectible.

Its better to have people think you're an idiot, than to open your mouth and prove them wrong, unless you doubt yourself then speak away....
