Don't worry about the stamp.

If you like the cymbal, then buy it.

If the trademark says:

Avedis Zildjian & Co.

Genuine Turkish Cymbals

Made in U.S.A.

The you're good to go. I don't know of anybody making fake Avedis' these days. Just fake old K's.

Were you responding to me? If you are referring to the ink open logo on the bottom, Zildjian started using that logo in 1978 and they switched to the solid ink logo in 1982. The cymbals I was describing were all purchased new between 1980 and 1982.

Curious to know if yours had the Co or CO stamp?

Looking at the only one I still own it's-

Co

The o is smaller, underlined and superscript. I would post a photo, but the stamp is so faint that it just doesn't show up.
