hello im interested in the black panther set i have a chance to but a 26,13,16 what would be a fair price

Well just got a set of black panthers 26 13. 16 prob 8 out of 10 awesome drums if anyone has a 18" floor Tom I'm very interested

Thought I would revive this thread. I just found pics of my very first kit, which I had bought used in 1975. It was a black panther clubdate kit, sizes 12,12, 14 floor, 14 snare, 20 bass drum. One of the 12's had large classic lugs. White interiors, keystone badge. And yes, that was a black panther Pioneer snare.

Now that is a badass looking set! That is one very cool set of clubdates! What ever happened to them? I have never seen a black panther snare allthough I was pretty sure some were out there....

Unfortunately I was very young and naive. I had the set for a couple years, but I wanted bigger drums. I traded them in for a big new set of CB700's.DOHCryBaby

When Hendrix played the LA Forum in 1969, after the band had left the stage, some kid climbed up onstage and grabbed one of Mitch's rack toms and jumped back off the front of the stage with the drum.

I heard this from someone who said he was at the gig and saw it happen.
