Paiste Formula 602 hats

Loading...

Just bought a set of these today, should receive them next week. I have always owned Zildjians and never tried a pair of Pastie`s. I don`t know what the weights are and I guess I just had a moment of "cymbalholicism". I really don`t know much about Paiste Formula 602`s. I only have this one pic. I would love to hear any feedback that the forum members could tell me. Thanks, Tommy

Tommy, I have 15s and 14s, a different animal than Zildjians for sure and quite different than 2002s as well.

Ok your still being cryptic, are there any cracks?? I don't see any?, the oxidation is from sweat and leaving the cymbals together for long periods of time, to clean your paiste's use only Orange bottle paiste cymbal cleaner NOTHING ELSE I don't care what else everyone else recommends to use as a cleaner, I've played Paiste my entire life 42 years of playing with my original cymbals, and I only use Paiste cymbal cleaner. don't rub real hard medium pressure may take the entire bottle but it will remove alot or most of the oxidation.

You can`t see any cracks? can you see the 3 holes drilled in the cymbal?

Nope... Three cracks, three holes drilled to limit the spread. If you eBay'ed the purchase I would start the return process.
