What is a fair price for these?

I just picked up this Slingerland concert tom set. I cleaned it all. Took everything off and polished it. It has the chrome wrap and it is in rough shape. Lots of scratches, hazy areas, and some rash spots. Otherwise the shells are all really nice shape. 12", 13", (14x)16", and 20". The lugs all look really nice. The stick saver hoops are a little rough as well. There is a slight lift starting on the FT seem. It also needs two legs. (the brackets are both there) Needs 5 T-rods. Needs 2 wing nut screws for the FT leg brackets. (I used 2 wing nuts from two bass drum brackets I had for now) Also needs a front head. I put very slightly used clear emperors 12" 13" and 16" on the toms and a Remo powerstroke 3 on the 20". I do have the front bass drum hoop as well and all the claws. Some pics below.

What is a fair asking price to sell this as is?

Thanks for your time!

*Maybe* $200 if you caught the right buyer at just the right moment...

you could almost get the price of the kit out of the double set o matic tom holder.

All due respect, I am not quite following what you mean? Like the kit is worth around $40?

No, curtis, what I'm saying is the set o matic is worth $150.00+ just by it's self.

Ok thanks! I wasnt aware that piece alone went for such a high amount.

If I can ask, what is the biggest detractor from value of this set? Is it being C-toms, or condition of the wrap (or both)? I thought it I would have appraised higher ($500-$600), but that's the fun part about learning here. What would a VG condition set appraise at?

Just curious.

In my opinion, in excellent condition, a Slingerland kit in these sizes would be worth around $800. Concert toms, the wrap and the condition are all factors that take away a considerable amount of value.

Good to know, CW. And thanks for your opinion

I was hoping it would be higher. Were those wraps plastic or metal?

Thanks again.
