Shoes or no shoes?

I know I'm chiming in late to this one, but here goes.....for most gigs I do (which is usually normal casual attire) I either wear Chuck Taylors or Vans classic checkerboard slip-ons....aka Spicolli shoes! For the occasional jazz gig, dress shoes/boots. And for the rare Beatles tribute gig I do, authentic Beatle boots!

Beatle boots, eh? I have had many pairs of those- made by Florsheim, Stacy Adams, and a few other not-so-famous makers. Anyone know who made the "original" Beatle boots?

I had a pair of Doc Martens just like what Martin Gore (Depeche Mode) wore. Wish I had a pic of those...

Visited the UK for the first time last summer... really enjoyed the visit. Caught the McCartney tour in Hyde Park... what a party!

They rented me a 6 speed diesel Ford Kuga down at Gatwick.. that took some getting used to... round abouts and wrong side of the road and all... but we all survived.:o

Raise a pint for the forum! :)

Kronenberg or Stella?

I don't do cider (even though it's a West Country thing, where I am from). Maybe some Courage bitter.

Round abouts are just part of the fun, as is driving on the CORRECT side of the road.
