I still have a CLEAN "punk" Scottie Plaid biker jacket and pants I bought in Carnaby Street in London in 1988 that have zippers all over the place.Too bad I still can't wear them.

P-Tone,if you are around a 32 waist,30 length in pants and wear a 38-40 jacket,these would be perfect to wear when you play this drum!

I used to have a Thermos that looked like that.

That drum is pretty fantastic.

Blair, I would kill to see you in that outfit! Unfortunately it won't fit me either. That was a long time ago! I have the matching Holiday bass drum (14x22) with b&b lugs. The owner had the bass drum covered up with contact paper, so I am still trying to get the adhesive from the contact paper off the scotch plaid.

I bought the snare from the original owner. It had been special ordered by a local music shop (which explains the Holiday/Scottie combo). The owner's grandmother bought it for him to play in band. He was too embarrassed by the finish to take it to school, which is why it survived in such good condition!

Is wearing a kilt mandatory when playing this one? Just wondering. To be serious (for a minute) I really do like this one for some reason. It appears to be in pristine condition also! Thanks for sharing!
