I really don't know too much about these, bought them on a whim a couple years ago. Trying to see how much something like this would be to restore, or see if it might be better just to sell them.

Restore? Those look like a little elbow grease will make them like new. That is an awesome mahogany veneer, and I bet that 24 kicks a$$!
All they need is a good cleaning. Remove all the hardware, clean them with chrome polish, shells can be clean with Murphy's Oil Soap (follow directions).
How many mounted and how many floor? Looks like 3 mounted and 4 floor?
I don`t see leg mounts on the two big on the floor,..looks like 5 up two floor, Bd and snare.

5 tom tom's but there like concert toms no bottom head. 2 floor toms, and 24 inch kick. Is it worth it to convert them to regular tom toms?
Yeah I need legs for the floor toms, do I have to use ludwig ones?
They`re not like concert toms,..they are concert toms. Yes use ludwig legs (easy)
I don`t know why but concert tom mounts are up high on the drum (mine are) if you convert them they`ll look silly. Don`t destroy the origonal, restore and sell if you don`t like how they sound.
Do you know what year they are ?
